[Music] got to our first quit below today and we'' ve got a consumer that would like us to install a new toilet'for them they ' ve got a quite fancy bathroom therein now however it ' s beginning to experience some concerns they just intended to abandon the whole thing and get a brand-new commode we'' re mosting likely to install a new american common toilet for them they selected which commode they wanted american requirement is what they wanted we'' re going to get that included for them and after that get on our means [Applause] [Music] [Music] [Praise] [Music] [Applause] [Songs] [Applause] [Music] [Songs] [Applause] one of the coolest components regarding newer toilet seats is you can release them and pop them off for very easy cleansing placed them back on and lock them down and currently they will usually roast you just stand out these caps off the back you can slide it forward and clean around it that'' s a lot simpler so we simply completed with our first phone call of the day placing in that commode for our customer and now we'' re mosting likely to most likely to one more telephone call where it looks like the customer desires us to place in a number of faucets gone along with us and we'' ll see how that ends up outside my window is everything palin cold can'' t seem to pick up my phone [Music] endure me i'' ll be ideal in some way i need to be [Music] is [Music] all appropriate [Applause] [Songs] inside my space [Songs] we'' ve gotten to our following phone call and it is a water heating unit that'' s not wishing to function effectively we'' re mosting likely to go in and examine it out and see if we'can obtain it back working and then it ' s possible we have to make a fixing or order some parts so allow ' s see what we can do that last call was pretty fast and basic it'' s a call that we had been to prior to there'' s a sensor on their hot water heater that had actually gotten wet therefore when we were right here last time we were able to obtain the water heating unit back going once again however we sort of warned them that if the sensor causes the water heating system to go out once again after that we'' ll probably need to order a new sensing unit here we are a number of weeks later and the sensing unit triggered the hot water heater to go out once again we'' re going to obtain a sensor ordered for that water heater it'' s a special order thing so we'' ll get a sensing unit order for that water heater and after that we'' ll return in a couple of days we were able to get it back lit and going once again but it'' ll possibly be quite temporary as we'' re waiting on that sensing unit to find in occasionally we can take care of things on the fly other times if you'' ve got a quite one-of-a-kind water heating unit then we simply have to get parts and wait good so we'' ve gotten to our next phone call below we'' ve arrived and the problem with this customer is a blocked drainpipe line so we'' re gon na enter and inspect it out and see what we'' ve got going on [Music] we'' re no longer holding generous amounts of water [Music] finished up with this 4th call below what we discovered was it was a blocked drainpipe so we had the ability to pull the bathroom we were really able to use our drain line camera to free the drain up and get points draining pipes really well then when we had the camera in the line we'' re able to recognize that the line is just really old and actually harsh on the within and they require to be thinking about a substitute pretty soon we got them all cared for and now we'' re on to our last phone call of the day which is a sump pump that'' s apparently making a respectable damp mess in someone'' s home stay tuned with us for this last one and we'' ll go we ' ll go take care of the sump pump [Music] okay well that a person was rather simple it was just a discharge pipe on the sump pump that had come loose all we needed to do was placed points back together and just make certain all the clamps were limited and we were excellent to go not every job becomes a big job a few of them transform out to be pretty minor points we obtained him all rectified and he'' s good to opt for a long period of time to find [Songs]
